We currently provide shipping services across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a remote area, we work with reliable logistics partners to reach you.


2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Other Areas & Tier 2/3 Cities: 5–8 business days.

Please note: These timelines are estimates and are subject to the performance of our courier partners.


4. Shipping Charges

7. Delivery Address & Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including Pincode and a valid Phone Number).

  • Failure to Deliver: Purviksha is not liable for delivery failures or packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of order. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
