Refund policy

  1. At Purviksha, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. However, if something isn't right, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.


    1. Return Eligibility

    Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

    • The product was received in a damaged condition.

    • The product is defective.

    • The wrong product was delivered to you.

    Return Conditions:

    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

    • Proof of damage/error (clear photos or an unboxing video) is mandatory.


    2. Return Timeframe & Process

    • Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible.

    • How to start a return: Email us at purviksha.sales@gmail.com with your order details and supporting evidence (photos/videos).

    • Verification: Our team will review your request. Once verified, we will either arrange a pickup or provide specific return instructions.


    3. Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

    • Opened or used products.

    • Personal care items (hygiene-sensitive products).

    • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale.


    4. Order Cancellation

    • Pre-Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

    • Post-Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


    5. Refund Policy

    Eligibility for Refund:

    Refunds are issued if:

    • You received a damaged or incorrect product (and a replacement is unavailable).

    • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

    Non-Refundable Cases:

    • "Change of mind" after purchase.

    • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

    • Products that have been opened or used.

    Refund Timeline & Method:

    • Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

    • Method: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Wallet).


    6. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    1. First, check your bank account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
