Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be received within 2–4 business days.

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc.) receive orders in 2 days — provided it's not a public holiday.

An account lets you manage addresses, track orders and access discounts.

Address cannot be changed once order status is Shipped.

No payment details are saved with us or with Razorpay. We use the safest payment gateway available.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

For a GST invoice, email your GST Number & Company details to contact@purviksha.com — you'll receive it within 24 hours.

You can cancel anytime before the order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We allow returns/refunds only if a damaged product is received with valid proof, as most of our products are delicate.

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with product images and we'll resolve it right away.

We'll arrange a free replacement for you immediately — no questions asked.

We'll initiate a return pickup from your location — you don't need to drop it off anywhere.
